MISSING OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGE (USPS)

If your USPS package is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you have to file a claim with USPS for missing mail using this link. Please send us proof that you filed a claim for missing mail by emailing it to help@trippiesupplyco.com. If you still have not retrieved your package or an update from USPS after 72 hours of it being marked delivered, or USPS notifies you that the package has been lost, we will assist you with getting a replacement item. 

If your package was undeliverable, and returned to sender, please contact us so that we can re-ship it to you. If there was an issue with your address, we may need you to provide an alternate address.
