Covid-19 Updates
We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak and want to keep you updated on how it might impact your orders.
We are continuing to accept orders but please be aware that fulfillment and shipping will take longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.
Fulfillment estimates:
US | EU | |
Printed Apparel | 20-25 business days | 9-12 business days |
Embroidered Apparel | 14-17 business days | 14-16 business days |
Shipping delays:
More countries are limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. While this doesn't directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders.
We're also disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for domestic and international orders from the US as our carriers can't guarantee fast delivery.
We're in touch with our carriers and they'll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship products to the following countries due to carrier restrictions:
Algeria, American Samoa, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Benin, Bolivia, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Chad, Cook Islands, Cuba, Curacao, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Faroe Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guinea Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, St Martin, Sudan, Suriname, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Our carriers will let us know when service will resume, or whether there are more disruptions. Colombia is accepting mail again, so service has resumed.
